These terms apply to purchases made on misspetty.com from Miss Petty (trading as Miss Petty, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
1. Who we are

2. Our products
We sell cosmetics and skincare. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, shades and finishes may look slightly different on your screen and on your skin. Product information, ingredients and directions are shown on each product page and on the packaging. Always read the ingredient list and directions before use.
3. Placing an order
Our website guides you through the order process. You can correct input errors before you pay. After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation, or if earlier when we confirm in writing that we accept your order. If we cannot accept your order (for example the product is out of stock, a pricing error, or we cannot verify payment) we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If we spot an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We accept payment by debit and credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal, and by Klarna and Clearpay where offered at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Pay in instalments (Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal Pay in 3)
These options are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, eligibility checks and approval. Late or missed payments can have consequences set out by the provider. Borrow only what you can afford to repay. See our page on flexible ways to pay for how each works.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Delivery details are in our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return and be refunded are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your legal rights
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Advice about your rights is available from Citizens Advice.
9. Using products safely
Cosmetic products can cause reactions in some people. Patch test before first use, stop using a product if irritation occurs, and keep products out of reach of children. Our product information is general and is not medical advice. If you have allergies, a skin condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check ingredients and speak to a health professional where appropriate.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for business losses, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11. Accounts
If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
12. Product questions and reviews
If you submit a question or review you confirm it is truthful and does not break the law or others’ rights. We may edit, publish or remove submissions. By submitting a question or review you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our site.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email concierge@misspetty.com and we will do our best to put it right.
16. General
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to your order. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
